Getting your SPF Record Right

When trying to deliver large quantities of email to Hotmail there are a number of preparations to make. One of the most important is to set up an SPF record for the sending domain. The function of the SPF record is to let Hotmail know who is allowed to send mail using a domain. Microsoft provide a wizard for generating the SPF record, simply follow the step by step instructions to generate the resulting string. The record must then be added to TXT record under the sending domain DNS records.
